Bontle Ndlovu removes the membrane from the liver so that it could be examined under a microscope.

They learnt about the respiratory and circulatory systems and had the chance to dissect the heart and windpipe.

The membrane from the liver was also examined under a microscope and pupils soaked pieces of the liver in alcohol, tea and water respectively to observe their effects on the liver.

The school believes that there cannot be adequate learning of science if there are no practical lessons to support the theory.
